I want to express my gratitude to you for a job well done in the sale of my veterinary practice and real estate. As you know my situation was unique because I had my home on the same acreage as the animal hospital which limited the number of potential buyers. Nevertheless you persisted in marketing our holdings with your positive attitude until you found the right buyer. I appreciated your nationwide advertising which attracted the attention of our buyer who lived in Ohio.

I also was impressed with the guidance which you provided me during the negotiations. You made a seemingly arduous task much easier by your recommendations. You were readily available to answer my many questions over many months. I really liked your gentle manner in the way that you cleared the various hurdles that rose up during the process.
