Allison RoblesAllison is our administrator and transaction coordinator.  She oversees the administrative aspects of the office and works with buyers and sellers throughout the process.  She helps in coordinating office showings for buyers, assists in completing seller profiles, works with buyers in obtaining loan approvals with lenders, coordinates the landlord assignment process, and supervises the entire escrow and closing process to ensure a smooth transition.  The process of handling a sale is a complicated one and requires the coordination of several parties including lenders, landlords, insurance agents, attorneys and accountants.  Managing and coordinating the group of parties to insure a smooth sale requires a great coordinator and administrator.  Allison works behind the scenes and makes a complicated or unmanageable process simple and easy.  She can be reached at 877-838-5110  ext 400 or via email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
