Who We Are
Led by Dr. Alissa Wald and Scott Daniels, our nationwide team combines over 75 years in business management, financial
services and hands on experience of owning a successful practices.
Dr. Wald, a graduate of the University of Houston currently
owns and operates an 18 year old successful optometric practice,
including two associate doctors and six staff personnel. Scott
Daniels has over 15 years experience in business management, financing,
marketing and transactional structuring.
Scott Daniels
Scott Daniels is a licensed broker with Practice Concepts and provides practice sales services for eyecare professionals and other healthcare entrepreneurs, and has more than 20 years of experience in business management, financing, marketing, and negotiations. Daniels has been a speaker for doctors at several schools and has had several articles published in various medical publications.

Alissa Wald, O.D.
Alissa Wald, O.D. is a graduate of the University of Houston. She has owned and operated a successful optometric practice for 18 years. Her practice includes three associate doctors and six staff personnel. Dr. Wald is also the President of Practice Concepts and provides nationwide practice sales and consulting services.
Ron “RJ” Navarette
RJ is a real estate broker and has been in the financial services, business and real estate field for more than 31 years. Having worked with major banks and financial institutions gives him the insight of how a lending entity views a practice that is for sale and thus providing a basis for determining the value of a practice. With his years of experience he understands the process and emotions of buyers and sellers and what is needed to make a smooth transition.
Fayaz Karim
Fayaz has an international academic background in Accounting and Finance (BS, MBA, C.A.) with more than seven years in the business brokerage field working with franchises and independent businesses helping clients with valuations, optimum deal structure and financing.
